Ms. Mogg, who is 36 and has a low egg reserve, was finally about to start the process in two weeks, but on Wednesday a nurse phoned with heartbreaking news. With all the uncertainty around COVID-19, the Toronto hospital was cancelling infertility treatments indefinitely.
