Canada’s Largest Natural Conception Program
Hannam Fertility’s Natural Conception Program is the largest of its kind in Canada, and designed to support individuals and couples who want to conceive with minimal intervention. From investigations to treatments, our program focuses on personal empowerment, limited intervention, and working with our partners in health whenever possible. Our program honours family diversity and provides a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for those who want to build a family.
While the NCP team’s goal is to help each of our patients achieve a pregnancy, we recognize that sometimes this will not be possible with natural conception. In those instances, we work with our Reproductive Endocrinologists to transition patients towards higher intervention methods, if required.

Individuals who may need assistance with the timing of their cycle
People who benefit from IUI and therapeutic donor insemination.
Those who have been diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) .

Our NCP team consists of experienced, talented physicians who are passionate about women’s health and helping people start their families. All of our NCP physicians have a background in family medicine, providing them with a broad medical foundation that not only helps us optimize our patient’s health for pregnancy, but support them along the way.
In addition to our physicians, our NCP team also includes highly trained nurses and naturopathic doctors, all of whom work closely together in a highly collaborative environment focused on wellness and patient care.

At-home Monitoring
Traditional fertility treatments involve multiple trips to a local clinic for blood testing and ultrasounds. With modern technology and our experienced counselling team, most of our treatment protocols now include significant portions that can be done at home.
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)
IUI is an integral part of our Natural Conception Program.
Intrauterine insemination may be of particular help to couples who have difficulty with intercourse, as well as individuals using frozen-thawed samples, such as donor sperm.
We focus on at-home treatment as much as possible, minimizing time in the clinic and maximizing success rates when you do come in to work with our andrology lab, which is accredited through the College of American Pathologists, and our experienced clinical team.
